Upgrade your shipping speed to Priority or Priority Express. Available for US Addresses only. Purchasing this does NOT impact our production time, which is noted at the top of our website, unless you purchase a "RUSH PRODUCTION" option. By purchasing, you acknowledge this.
Please note that we use USPS only, and no delivery times are guaranteed. They are only estimates and subject to change according to USPS's operations. Modern Merrigold is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS.
RUSH PRODUCTION options: If you purchase a Rush Production option, your order will be moved to the top of our open order list to be fulfilled first. It may still take a couple of days to ship, but you will not have to wait in the queue of open orders. This option is best if you have a time-sensitive order. Please send us a message when ordering to ensure we can accommodate a rush order.
Custom handwriting jewelry pieces that typically take longer than our current production time can still be rushed, but there is still a production time of at least a few business days while the artwork is edited to be engraved (and if you order a proof).
How long will it take for my order to be made?
Our standard production time is 5-7 business days, but our most up to date production time is in the announcement bar at the top of our website. We know that many of our products are purchased as gifts for time-sensitive occasions, so it's our mission to ship your order as quickly as we can!
What shipping methods are offered?
We ship all orders via USPS. USPS Ground Advantage is currently free for domestic orders of $75+ and Priority and Express shipping upgrades are available at check out. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, but if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason or if your jewelry arrives damaged or was made incorrectly by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can quickly assist you.
Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis only, and only if the item(s) have not been worn and are in new, perfect condition. Any item being exchanged must be sent back in original packaging and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange. Each piece of Modern Merrigold jewelry is handmade to order & may have a processing time of up to 5-7 business days (or slightly longer during the holiday season). If a personalized item is ordered with other items, the entire order will ship together. If you need your other items sooner, you may want to place multiple orders.
We are unable to make any changes to or cancel orders once they are placed, so please ensure you have double checked your personalization before ordering or reached out regarding any customization requests or questions before placing your order.
