Production Time & Shipping

Our current production time for new orders placed beginning 2/18/24 is 5-7 business days. 

Because our jewelry is personalized & made to order, our production time fluctuates throughout the year depending on order volume. Our current production time is listed in the announcement bar at the top of our website and at the top of this page.

Please keep in mind that our production times are approximate and can change without notice. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but handcrafted/personalized items do take time to make. We appreciate your patience!

Production time refers to the time it takes us to create your jewelry. Shipping time refers to the length of time it takes USPS to deliver your order once we ship it.

Please note that selecting a shipping upgrade at checkout *does not* speed up our production time.
