On production day, our team of makers will design & assemble one unique style and we'll only produce enough for our Mystery Subscribers.
The style, metal finish, and color will vary - that's part of the fun! Don't like what you received in this month's mystery subscription? No problem! Feel free to gift it to a friend or family member, sell it to another jewelry lover, or donate it to someone who could use a little treat for themselves.
Mystery subscriptions will ship between the 28th-30th of each month (possibly a day later if that date range falls during a holiday or weekend).
In order to give our team enough time to design & assemble each piece, the cutoff for sign-ups will be the 20th of each month. Sign-ups after the 20th will receive their first shipment between the 28th-30th of the following month.

How long will it take for my jewelry to be made?
Our standard production time is 7-10 business days, but is usually a bit longer during the holiday season & Mother's Day. We periodically offer Rush Production & Shipping options at check out for those who need their jewelry fast.
What shipping methods are offered?
We ship all orders via USPS. Standard first class shipping is free for domestic customers and Priority upgrades are available at check out. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, each of which is a 100% secure way to pay. Cash or checks are not accepted.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, but if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason or if your jewelry arrives damaged or was made incorrectly by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can quickly assist you.
Can I exchange what I ordered for something else or a different length/size?
Exchanges are on a case by case basis only, and only if the item(s) have not been worn and are in new, perfect condition. Any item being exchanged must be sent back in original packaging (jewelry box/organza or cloth bag) and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange.
What materials are used to make the jewelry?
We use a variety of materials to make our jewelry. Our hand stamped pieces are primarily made with aluminum charms and stainless steel chain. We also use semi-precious gemstones & Swarovski crystals and pearls in many of our designs.
Can I buy additional charms for my jewelry later on?
Absolutely! Just contact us when you're ready to do that and we'll be happy to help.
I live in Longview/East Texas. Can I pick up my order?
Orders placed via our website are shipped directly to the shipping address left when ordering. We do not offer local pick up at this time.
Will my jewelry "turn" or "tarnish"?
Because we use aluminum and stainless steel in nearly all of our designs, you should not encounter discoloration of your jewelry as long as our jewelry care tips are followed.
